I’ve enjoyed this challenge so much. Seeing the pictures that others have taken, makes me want to do better, aim differently, focus on one feature and just have fun. I’ve also learned a lot from the various tips and suggestions that some of you have included with your photographs. Thank you for teaching and encouraging me. A picture I snapped of my husband as he was walking through an underpass. Quite possibly one of my favorites… Two years ago, our best friends were married at the beach. The bride was playing in the water at the end of the ceremony when I snapped this picture… This was taken in Texas a few years back. I’m a librarian, so it’s only natural that I would find a bar called “The Library”. This was also taken at the beach. The water and sky were so blue, so perfect. Frances Slocum State Park A few weeks ago, the hubs suggested that we drive to the lake and take some pictures. This was one of the best ideas he’d had in a long time. The lake was incredibly beautiful and watching people fish was relaxing. Huntsville Dam This dam is about 300 feet from my house. Hard to believe something so beautiful can be so dangerous. Azaleas I’m so not a gardener. Green things and I have an understanding ~ I promise not to touch them or their family members and every year the Azaleas in my front yard will pay me a visit. They don’t stay for an extended period, just long enough to say they appreciate me keeping up my end of the deal… I’m not very good at taking pictures of flowers, I’m not sure why… Anyway, I accept that this is a weakness and would like to get better.
