Product Review: Waterpik Easy Select Showerhead
I used to be a bath girl ~ you know, candles, soft music, a good book and mounds of fluffy white bubbles ~ then I took a shower with the Waterpik Easy Select Showerhead (MSRP $59.99). Oh my gosh…. That showerhead produced the most amazing shower experience ever! It took my husband all of 5 minutes to install the new showerhead (I tried but I couldn’t get the old showerhead off) ~ no pipe tape needed! My Easy Select showerhead is in a brushed nickel finish (the showerheads come in three styles with two finishes) and has an enormous head ~ I’m talking full coverage spray. So what’s so revolutionary…

Product Review and Giveaway: Olay Total Effects Body Wash (Closed)
I’ll be celebrating my birthday in a week and I’m not thrilled because it puts me three years closer to the big 4~0. Yes, I’m already agonizing over that birthday. In fact, I’m fighting the aging process every step of the way and with everything that I can possibly muster. Well, you know, everything except going under the knife. As I’ve gotten older (and had to start scrolling through the decades to find my birth year on those danged survey forms), I’ve noticed little things starting to change ~ fine lines around the eyes and mouth, dry skin on the arms and legs, limited elasticity, ok, I can’t go on….…

Product Review and Giveaway: Progresso Soup Prize Pack (Closed)
Ugh! We are right smack dab in the middle of winter and most of us have already been snowed in at least once or twice so far. Seriously, I am starting to get the worst case of cabin fever ever known to mankind. The only things that are making this winter bearable are the stack of books that need to be read and the cans of Progresso Soup that are sitting in the cupboard. In fact, I can smell the Beef Pot Roast soup cooking right now… Oh, wait, that’s my kids cooking a can of soup for an afterschool “snack” before basketball and color guard practices. But don’t think…

Product Review: POM Wonderful
I’m a big fan of the exotic ~ be it person, place or thing. If it’s different I’m drawn to it (just ask my poor children who have to go through life with names like Anjuli, Jazmine and Arkese). But I especially love exotic foods (seriously, there is almost nothing I won’t try once). I think this comes from living with my father and stepfather, both of whom loved to experiment in the kitchen. Recently I was given the opportunity to try pomegranate juice by a company called POM Wonderful. Now I’ve had some experience with the pomegranate, you know, cutting it open, sucking on the seeds til the meat…

Product Review: Tuna Creations by StarKist
I’m a busy married mother of four who is always on the lookout for quick and easy meals that my family will love, so when I was offered the chance to try Tuna Creations by StarKist, I jumped. I mean, really, who wouldn’t want to try something new and different (my family and I are always joking that someone needs to invent a new animal ’cause we’re tired of pig, cow and chicken). Well, this comes pretty darned close to a new animal ~ tuna marinated in a zesty sauce! When I went to the store to select my Tuna Creations flavors, I was torn between the Lemon Pepper Tuna…
