Losing Weight and Getting Healthy #11 {Cinchspiration}

Cafe Latte Shake {Cinchspiration}I don’t have any weight loss pictures this week. See what had happened was… Um, I simply didn’t take any. I’m not gonna lie, I’m not happy with my progress so far. I thought this far into the Cinch Inch Weight Loss Program that I would have lost a decent amount of weight. Instead, I seem to keep losing the same 3 lbs over and over again. Not fun. In fact, it’s quite frustrating.

I see the pictures of my other Team #Cinchspiration friends and I gasp at the changes that I see in them… Thinner faces, smaller waist lines, lower numbers on the scale, etc. Then I look at myself and I’m left with a resounding What the heck? I’m drinking the shakes, eating the bars, walking the walks, but nothing seems to be happening. I don’t want to give up but I’m oh so very close to throwing in the towel.
