There’s nothing new to report. My weight is holding steady at 155.6 lbs and has been for the last week and a half. I’m OK with that. As long as the number isn’t going up, I can deal.
I’m still working on eating more vegetables. I don’t know why that’s such a difficult thing for me but it is. So my goal for this week is to work harder on increasing my fruit and veggie intake.
I will also continue my daily walks with my co~workers and work harder at hitting 10,000 steps.
