Yesterday, we ended up cutting our visit to Mississippi short because we both needed some time to decompress. We were both beyond exhausted. So after I hit “publish” on this post, I’m gonna go veg on the sofa…

So, let’s talk about this outfit, shall we? The earrings. I think we all know Nickel and Suede is my favorite earring brand. They’re just so funky and light weight. I chose to wear the olive because, well, I’m not a matchy-matchy person.

How much do you like this top? I’m not sure how I found this company, but I’m pretty sure it was Instagram. You know how they show ads? Well, I kept seeing these ads for all of these cute tops, so I clicked the link, and stalked the company on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest for like a month before I finally ordered something.

I chose this top because I. Love. Love. Love embroidered tops. And I’d interacted with Olive Ave Boutique enough to be comfortable ordering from them. While I’ve opted to pair the top with jeans, it can easily be worn with a skirt or a pair of slacks and a blazer for work days. Ohhhhh, and how about a pair of distressed denim with clogs?
