Last night, the hubs came rushing into the house, yelling at me to grab my camera and get in the car. Looking down at my slippered feet and my pajama clad legs, I thought, hey, why not? It was dark and I trusted the hubs enough to know that I would not be encountering people. I was wrong. The hubs drove over to a local church where they were setting up a live nativity, parked the car and said “Go take some pictures ~ there are camels over there.”
Y’all, the looks I got were so worth the pictures…
This camel was so incredibly photogenic. Every time he saw the camera, he’d turn his head and stick out his tongue or make a weird face.
I think this guy thought he was a family pet, because he liked having his head rubbed.
The sheep and donkey seemed to be a favorite of the little people who were wandering around.
I cannot wait to see the entire nativity when it’s all set up.
