Hi, everyone! Hope y’all are having a great week so far. Things are going well here. The Hubs and I are waiting for our daughter to call and let us know that the baby is on her way.This’ll be grandbaby number six, but she’ll be the first one that we’ll see all “fresh and shiny.” I cannot tell you all how excited we are about this. I have my camera ready – I cannot wait to capture those sweet little toes and the baby belly… And swoon the photos of Little Squish with her brothers and sisters. Y’all, I cannot.
Anyway, until that call comes let’s talk about clothes, shall we? So, I fell in love with this top by Umgee when I saw it on Pinterest about a year ago and I was like I have to have it. At the time though, I wasn’t sure how to find it. A few weeks later, I was out shopping and I found this cute little boutique in Georgia and saw the blouse hanging on the wall. It was meant to be.
So it came home with me. I also bought the white version, you can see it here.
My shorts started off as just a pair of denim cutoffs but I wanted them distressed, so I took a pair of scissors to them and then I washed them so they’d fray. And while I’m talking about distressed, I’ve decided that I hate that name. I think they need a new name, so I’ve decided to start calling them “Loved-in.” What do you think?
