Hey, y’all, hey! How are you doing? I’m doing well. Just trying to adjust to this topsy turvy weather. One day it’s in the seventies and the next it’s in the fifties. I cannot deal. I need stability. Are you a resolution writer? Like I wrote here, I don’t write out goals and things for the new year because I never seem to accomplish them, then I’m left with this overwhelming sense of failure. Hey, y’all, hey! How’re things in your neck the woods? Yesterday was our official return to work day after the summer break {I’m a 12-month employee, so no summer break for me} and it was good to see a bunch of familiar faces. We couldn’t have our normal convocation because COVID, so we had a virtual professional development day for our faculty. I presented information about the library, but I always get nervous with online presentations because you can’t tell if you’re connecting with the group or not.
