Those are my goldy bronzey gladiatoresque shoes. I absolutely adore them. I’ve never owned metallic shoes before, I was never quite sure how to get those silvers and golds to fit into my wardrobe. Of course now I understand that you have to treat metallics like a neutral and let them be your statement piece all at the same time. Such a delicate balance we wanna be Shoe~a~nistas walk! It seems like I live in these brown wedges. They’re just so incredibly comfortable. In fact, I have a black pair just like them that I actually wear just as often. I didn’t really do much this week, between the chilly weather and being a bit lethargic, I just haven’t gotten out much. Last night, we went to church {the second night of our men’s conference} and I wore the shoes above. I’ve had them for at least 3 or 4 years, an impulse buy while visiting my sister in Tennessee. I thought boot wearing weather had come to an end. Does boot wearing weather every really come to an end though? It’s bordered on freezing here. I didn’t really do much this week… The hubs got his car back, so we are once again a two car family. Happiness. I think we were both driving each other nuts.
