My day begins at 5:30 AM and usually ends sometime around midnight. So how do I function? With copious amounts of coffee, of course. If I could have coffee fed to me through an IV, my life would be complete. Ok, maybe that’s a slight exaggeration but not by much. So the ladies walked onto the set to some incredibly regal sounding music, which I, of course commented on…. Today’s episode of The View was dedicated to the topic of infertility. Now I have to admit, I have never had any issues with infertility. I’m the mother of 5 beautiful children, so I cannot imagine the heartbreak that comes with trying to have a baby. I have had a miscarriage and I imagine that feeling of loss is duplicated monthly for those who are trying to conceive. So my heart, thoughts and prayers go out to all of you who are dealing with this problem. I pray that you find peace, strength and love in whatever decisions you have to make about your situation. Broken Angel is set in the future where the United States has been divided in 2: the United States, a secular nation, and Appalachia, a land run by religious fundamentalists. In Appalachia, reading is a crime, citizens are drugged and those who break the laws are sent to slave labor camps.
