Here’s my last Cinchspiration update. I have to be honest and say that I haven’t been following the program as I should have over the last few weeks. In fact, I was completely off the program. But last week while I was at work, I was starving and while digging through my purse I found a Cinch bar, and was thrilled.

Not sure if it was because I was starving or not, but that bar was the best thing I’d eaten in forever. Forever. So that was the start of me getting back on the wagon. And in that week I’ve gone back down to 155.4 which essentially means that I’ve lost the 2.3 lbs that I’d gained while off the program.

I’m not sure if I’m going to stick with the Cinch program (I so need variety in my meals) but I do like the convenience factor, so I will use up the remaining product that I have.

Cinchspiration Update {Living Outside the Stacks}

I’m still walking with my coworkers on a daily basis. The Shape Up Southeast competition is still going strong. I think our team is in 3rd place and I’m in 3rd place in the Shape Up Southeast Walk the Walk competition. Yay us!
