#Cinchspiration Shake and Mixed BerriesSo, ummmmm, no scale picture today. But I will provide an update anyway. I’ve gained 1.4 lbs since last week but I’m not sweating it. Why, you may ask? Because I’ve lost 2 inches off my waist! Yes, 2 whole inches.  I am beyond thrilled.

Last week I bought a pair of jeans that were a little snug so that I wouldn’t have to wear a belt (a fashion thing, I hate wearing belts especially when they leave that lumpy buckle under my tees)… Anyway, I now need a belt to keep my pants up. It ain’t sexy when you have to do the pull up your pants wiggle every couple of steps… But it does make a girl feel good.

I do need to get back on the workout wagon. I haven’t been as steadfast as I should be but life has been crazy busy the past two weeks. Now that things have slowed down a bit, I hope to get back into the routine. I have been eating somewhat healthy but I know I could definitely do better.

In case you’re wondering, the picture above is my breakfast: a Cinch Shake (I think that one is chocolate) with a side of mixed berries. Sometimes I add the berries to the shake and sometimes I just pop the frozen berries into my mouth, totally depends on my mood. The shakes really are delicious and filling!

So that’s it, my wrap up for this week.
