Hey, y’all, hey! How ya doing? Things are OK over here. I’ve mostly been working and sleeping, that’s about it. I promised myself that after the COVID restrictions lifted that I’d do more and, so far, I’m failing miserably. I really need to get my ish together, ya know? Are you doing anything now that you missed doing when we were on lockdown?

I’m definitely a creature of habit. My favorite outfit always has been and always will be a dress over jeans. With a choker. Do you remember that look? I wore it all through high school and the semester I was in college. Then I joined the Army, got pregnant, and lived in The Hubs jeans/sweat pants/pjs for years. Once I started dressing again, it was back to dress over jeans.

So why do I like this look so much? Because it’s crazy comfortable and it’s an stylish way to extend my wardrobe.  Love a dress, but it’s too short? Wear it with jeans. Warm outside? Just wear the dress.

WHERE I WORE IT

Fridays are typically our casual days at work; we wear jeans, college gear, and the like. So this was my Friday work outfit. Fridays are a mix of photography or catch up on work days for me.

Side note: butterflies are my thing. I even have a butterfly tattoo.

Butterfly Dress – Similar | Jeans – Similar | Boots – Similar

Sizing: I’m 5’4″ and a dress size 10 to 12 {M,L}. I wear a size 9.5 shoe
