On the Table: Italian Wedding Soup
For dinner tonight, I decided to surprise the hubs and make one of his favorite meals: Italian Wedding Soup. It’s an easy and inexpensive meal that’s both filling and comforting, especially on chilly evenings. Ingredients 5 cans (14.5 oz) chicken or beef broth 1 lb ground beef 2 lightly beaten eggs ¼ cup crushed Ritz Crackers (I know, right? Random Thoughts
How was your Thanksgiving? Mine was pretty good, we spent it with the parentals. My dad had knee replacement surgery a few weeks ago and is using a walker, this has provided endless amusement for me. Touring Historic Mississippi
We’ve been spending the week with the parentals in Mississippi, which has been a lot of fun. We arrived on Wednesday and immediately slipped into a state of relaxation ~ like the hubs says, sometimes you really need to just get away from your life… So this morning, he asked if I’d like to take a driving tour of the historic part of town since neither of us had ever been down that way.
