Product Review: IDentity Lingerie
Disclaimer: I was provided with a pair of pajamas courtesy of IDentity Lingerie in exchange for a review. Rest assured, this arrangement did not influence my opinion at all. I’m a creature of comfort. I come home from work and immediately slip into a pair of sweat pants, an oversized tee, and crunchy-girl sandals {aka Birkenstocks}. I’m sure The Hubs finds this look so attractive. Not. Truth be told, he has squawked a time or two about how I bring my “A game” when I’m outside the house and then scruff it down when I’m in the house. My argument has always been that I should be comfortable in my home.…

The Hubs and I have been in Navarre Beach, Florida for the past few days… A combination anniversary and reunion trip {our friends from Pennsylvania, whom we haven’t seen in probably 8 or 9 years, came down in their RV}. It has been so much fun catching up and relaxing and eating and all the things that come with. If you’d like to see pictures from the trip, visit me on Instagram. Anyway, I thought I’d share…

Week 11: Photographer’s Choice
Welcome to week eleven of my Project 52: 2019 Edition. If you’d like to see the prompts that I’m using, read this post. This week’s prompt is Photographer’s Choice. OK, ok, I know I’ve skipped a few weeks but, hopefully, I’m back. Anyway, this should be the beginning of week twelve, but I wanted to share this photo so… The Hubs and I celebrated our 24th anniversary a week ago and The Hubs had roses delivered to my job. Flowers, candy, a balloon, and a teddy bear. So sweet. I took a lot of pictures of the roses because I couldn’t take them home because The Hubs is terribly allergic.…

And welcome to Coffee and Pie Chat, hosted by Kristin {Chicken Librarian} and me. I’m so excited to have you here. This month’s pie is Lemon Meringue Pie. Click here to get the recipe. This pie is loosely based on Kristin’s Memaw’s pie. And it bugs the living daylights out of me that my pie didn’t turn out as I expected, but I want to say very emphatically THE FAULT LIES WITH ME AND NOT WITH THE PIE AT ALL.…

Happy Birthday to Us
We were so cute!! You guys, my sister and I are celebrating 46 spins around the sun. I’m so grateful to Jesus for each and every breath… For every display of love… And for undeserved grace and mercy. My sister and I have always known the dramatic story of our birth. Mom used it as a way to highlight my our need for attention since birth. And as I tell you the story, you’ll understand that we come by our dramatics honestly. Thank you, Mom and Dad… It was about 5 AM on a Saturday morning in 1973 when my dad went racing down the streets of Washington, D.C. in…
