How to Create a Blog Signature Using PicMonkey {Tip Tuesday}
So a few weeks ago I talked about how I wanted to spruce things up for Autumn because, well, I just don’t have the insert whatever word here to decorate my house. My original plan was to simply update my profile picture isn’t it cute? but that led to me updating my Twitter profile, which carried over to me updating the cover photo on my Facebook page, and ended with me overhauling my blog. Snowball rolling down hill, anyone? Of course,I now have to change my signature so that it matches the feel of my new blog. sigh So, I started looking around at different signature creators, rolled my eyes, and thought, why…

Pantone~Inspired Fall Color Challenge: Day 1 {In the Closet}
I love a good challenge, especially when it’s hosted by librarians. Add in clothes and I’m all in. The first color up is “vivacious”: which is described as magenta. The whole time I was looking for something to wear, all I kept hearing was Blanche Deveraux from The Golden Girls talk about how she uses magenta to describe her mood when she’s not quite blue with depression and not quite green with envy… I think I kind of understand where Blanche was coming from… Magenta is one of those colors that isn’t quite happy but not really sad either. Or maybe it has the potential to go either way, depending upon…

Throwback Thursday: Handwritten Treasures {In the Dark Room}
Folded in my wallet are four letters that my sweet little babies wrote to me when I left home for my first business trip. At the time, they were 4, 6, 6, and 8. The notes were neatly tucked in the side pocket of my suitcase, to be discovered when I unpacked. What’re you sharing for Throwback Thursday? Follow my blog with Bloglovin

Five Tips for Updating Your Profile Picture {Tip Tuesday}
What is it about Autumn that makes people think pumpkins belong in everything? It does not. Pumpkins are good for three things: decorating, making pies, and describing a shade of orange. You know, organizing my collection of cardis, checking my tights for runs, etc. But this year, I decided to do something a little different. I decided to update my profile picture to match…
