When I first saw this theme, I was like, no one wants to see my closet. I mean, it’s probably the most boring room in my house. 10 on the 10th: School Days
So that’s a picture of me and my twin sister in high school. We were 15 years old at the time. Judging by our outfits, it looks like we were getting ready to go to school. Yes, that’s how we dressed for classes. True story: I had a baseball cap to match the suspenders. My style was heavily influenced by Lisa Bonet’s character, Denise Huxtable, from The Cosby Show. eRace Racism Challenge and Run Stats Update
After 8 days of the eRace Racism Challenge, my team is 11 miles ahead of pace! How crazy cool is that? We’ve knocked out 19 of our 50 mile goal and have 31 miles left to go. I’m so proud of us! When I first signed up for the challenge, I didn’t I’d be able to hit my goal, much less be ahead of pace. I mean, seriously. I think part of what’s pushing me forward is not wanting to disappoint my teammate. Yes, I was the one who overworked on team projects in school because I didn’t want anyone to think I was slacking.
