My twin sister and I celebrated our 39th birthday {you can read the crazy story surrounding our birth by going here} and the hubs and I celebrated our 17th anniversary. Longest starter marriage. A verse from one of my mother’s favorite songs. When I was little she used to sing it all the time. How can you not find calm in the midst of such beautiful words? When I’m in need of peace and quiet, I often grab my camera and go to the Cape Girardeau Conservation Center. Just walking in the woods, listening to the whisper of the wind helps me to center. Crazy Days of Summer: My Favorite Summer Memories
I’ve enjoyed this challenge so much. Seeing the pictures that others have taken, makes me want to do better, aim differently, focus on one feature and just have fun.
