I keep hearing that refrain from the Black Eyed Peas every time I get ready to run. Is there a song that gets you pumped for a run? I think it’s time for me to revamp my playlist, but I digress. A little over 6 years ago, I was a consistent runner. Then I quit. We moved to Georgia and it was hot and humid and I just couldn’t deal. So I quit.
